My name is John Lamere and I'm in the market for an investor that is willing to loan, at the minimum of, $250,000 for my up and coming business.

The main objective is to buy pre-forclosed properties for defuated value(with alittle extra for the seller) and turning around and selling them or renting them out. It not only benifits me but also helps out the person that sells the property to me by getting them out of a bad situation and giving them a fresh start.

The investor will get a 10% cut for each property sold or up to a 25% cut depending on how much is invested. The investor will also recieve double their investment back before the end of the contract.
