Finding Investors for Ideas

Hello, everyone. It has been a while since I have been up here but wanted to get some advice for each of you who might have some ideas.

I am a 19, high school graduate, and am full of new and innovative ideas. I would like to put these new innovative ideas into action but do not have the funds to really push them into the market. I am trying to find information and suggestions of ways that I could find people who might be interested in investing in my ideas and putting them into action.

By the way, for every idea I develop, I do my research to first see if any other people have come up with an idea similar. I also do the research to find out if the idea is possible, and would it be worth the time and investment.

If anyone could lead me in the right direction of who I could contact to get more information on how to sell or who to sell my ideas to. That would be great.

Since I spend 95% of my time on a computer 90% of my ideas are computer related. Most the ideas which I come up with, I could program myself. Others which I can not program myself, I talk with friends who do program in those languages and find out if the ideas are realistic and 99% of the time they are.

Again, just looking for a way to find investors who might be interested in some of my ideas. By the way, I can give you only a few examples of programs I have personally written which are ideas of mine because if I give you an idea which I have not built or can proof in some form or fashion is mine, a person can easily run with it. So do not ask for any more ideas unless you are serious in the matter and are truly interested in investing. At that point, the investor and myself will go through the best transaction which will be the most proper way for each party to get what they are asking for.

Below is one of my most recent ideas:

dCosm is a script which every 5 minutes randomly takes 3 words out of a dictionary built by the users/guest of the site, checks to see if the three words in combination create a domain which is available, and if available places it within the database at dCosm. For a better look at the script in action go to the following link.

dCosm.com

Example:
Word One: Cheap
Word Two: Hosting
Word Three: Business
Creates: CheapHostingBusiness
Then Checks: com, net, & org (Availability)

Hopefully that will proof, even as a very basic idea, that my ideas aren?t bogus.

Exclamation Literally a dime a thousand

Syphic:

You may have heard the old saw ideas are a dime a dozen. Well in today's cyber world they're a dime a thousand. Because you are who you are you may not be aware of or familiar with another old saw, success is 10% inspiration and 90% perspiration.

Yet all is not lost. Take the very best of your many ideas and challenge it to see if it is workable. By concentrating on one, if valid, you have a better chance of succeeding.

Hope this helps.

I think the saying goes "Success is 1% inspiration and 99% perspiration" . I do thank you for the extra 9% inspiration. That would make life alot easier . On the other hand, I am just looking for ways to intrigue investors into understand that I might be 19 but all my skills have not just be learned but are natural.

Thank you for your post and comments. I will keep in mind that the world is not an easy place; especially on the internet where everyone is trying to make a quick buck.
