I would imagine that the software has some sort of filter on the big
proxying ISPs - but who knows. That is what they told me*. I found a
number of people reporting their accounts had mysteriously gone offline
with the same 'billing' error message at a number of forums - so maybe they
don't.


*hmm -theory 2 - the Google person I spoke to probably didn't have any
direct involvement in building the thing. It might be using cookies and
she was just using the wrong terminology ?
