We subscribe to their newsletters and regularly visit their sites for changes or any updates.

We do the same but we also spend a lot of time talking to our clients about our competitors

We have hired some of our competitors who brought with them a wealth of information of course it got old pretty quick

We just keep a close watch on them mostly online. Unfortunately probably not as often as we would like. It is helpful to subscribe to their newsletter so you can see the new features they are adding to their site.
