| I'm only happy with a host when there's no noticible down time, and when I do notice it I watch very closely how they react to it. I wouldn't hesitate switching hosts if they didn't give an appropriate response to downtime. I wouldn't leave a host just because there was downtime, though, because sometimes things just happen.
