First, a sub directory, and a sub sub directory is just a thing on your
webserver. Calling bar in http://example.com/foo/bar a subdirectory of foo
might be correct, or might be completly wrong.

To answer your question: yes, there is nothing wrong with what you call a
subsubdirectory.

On the other hand, some people agree on a maximum lenght for an URL, e.g. a
subsubsubsub..................subsubsub......subsu bdirectory might be a bad
idea.
