So, to sum it up, Google actually does not like it.
But I also have an alternative html version for many pages, so that should
not be the problem.
Besides there are already some pages which have been indexed by Google which
are over https and with a php extension.

There are some pages on the website
which are password protected and I do not want Google to index them, in
fact.
But there are many other pages which are not.
The use of a https protocoll makes sure ( or at least more sure) for the
user that the site he has accessed is really the one which the site
maintains to be.
