I can recommend one. He posts on sitepoint. In my opinion he is one of the best GD's I've ever seen. Let me know if you are interested.

Thanks... Been running an ad in Sitepoint's "Looking to Hire" forum for a while now without much effect. Have an idea on who I want to hire though been going over their portfolio for a few days to review their work.

Just out of interest Wayne, what sort of design work are you after mainly? I see a lot of work in the trading post, and may be able to recommend you somebody.

General Web Template design that is XHTML and CSS 1.0 compliant as well as company image (letterhead, labels, business cards). I am looking to find someone with eCommerce site experience and willing to take on multiple projects as I plan to revamp my current online store, launch four to six new stores in the coming year and start building a national brand of products. Possibly more as I want to work on tripling my monthly net income.

I'm starting a new site very soon. I paid to have the logo created and bought a CMS script. I'm about to start working on the layout.

I find the looking to hire section of sitepoint their biggest weakness. Many people ask for quotes etc, and many of those same people never get a response.

The competition area gets inundated with "entries" while the looking to hire section often sites idle.

I stayed late at work catching up on some minor things but really waiting for a friend who offered to pick me up. We had dinner and dropped another friend off at his girlfriends house. I caught up on some sleep while waiting for him and now I am back home just catching up on the latest posts and maybe do a little work on the forums.

I love the weather we've been having... not to hot, not to cold, and just the right amount of rain.
