I've been looking for an unsecured line of credit without any collaterals. I've only had my business for a year so it is quite hard to find a bank to do it without any collaterals. I run a real estate investment firm that is starting to thrive and grow very fast and I need some capital to hire people to help run my business. I have access to capital to purchase and do real estate deals so this capital will be for my business expenses. If there are any private lenders that do unsecured lines of credit, I'll be very happy to work with them.

Any advise on how to improve my business credit. I have a D-U-N-S number but can't seem to get any trade lines or find business that ask for the DUNS number.

Unfortunately this is a difficult time to get a loan for realestate. It is also even more difficult to get capital for a hard asset like real estate without the collateral, you can look to subprime lenders but the fees and interest rates will be exorbitant given you are not willing to share part of the risk with them
