AdSense revenue

How much do you make per month from adsense alone?

Personally I've never used adsense, so I cannot comment. But I plan to in the near future.

Re: AdSense revenue

It really depends on the traffic you have coming to your site so it is variable, I would say that I have heard of people making a living just off of proxy sites.

Cool Re: AdSense revenue

Definitely depends on traffic. But I think the real money in Adsense is through deceit. I say this only because I frequent a number of really informative sites that have very appropriate Adsense ads displayed, but I never click on them. Why navigate from a site that offers exactly what you need?

So, I say 'deceit' because I do believe that for Adsense to work well there'd have to be a need to click to find more info. And the only way to allow that is to draw the visitor in, provide them with just enough teaser information to whet their appetites, and then use the Adsense ads as a valuable exit.

But who really wants that? Site's that don't have what you need smell funny. If a site doesn't have what I'm looking for, I usually just keep looking. I can't remember the last time I clicked on an Adsense ad. And maybe that's why my Adsense ads aren't making a whole lot of money. I'm making about $5.00 a month. And although my pages could be further developed, I do believe that the income would only be slightly better. Although I am running a test right now to see if it can be improved.

I'll let you know.

Re: AdSense revenue

Well, I'm still new with this idea of 'making money with adsense' and still learning the tehniques and ways to start earning from adsense. But I do know some people personally who are really earning a lot from adsense. I guess, it requires a lot of effort to be able to earn from adsense. TRAFFIC is the key to success in adsense.
