Use the google tool and the one at overture.com (now owned by Yahoo),
and you will have a good sense of the keywords to use.
Additionally, you should consider using different landing pages for
different sets of keywords. If I look up a specific phrase, and I see
that phrase in your ad, I am more likely to click on it. When I arrive
at your landing page, I am more likely to stay and keep reading if the
title of the page matches the phrase, and there is a headline at the top
that repeats that phrase again. Getting people to your site is about
10% of the work. Getting them to stay and keep reading, is another 45%,
and the last 45% is getting them to convert - whatever that means to you
- sign for a newsletter - fill-out a request form - etc..
