I Have a chioce ,I go to the County Clerks Office myself to start my business or I pay a lawyer to start it for me. What is in my best interest?

Looking to start a business LLC as a Property investor. I own a home now. Does it benefit me to change owership of my home over to my LLC business?
Can changing ownership even be done?
