In first starting my company, I asked my family and friends and pulled money from my credit cards. This quickly worked diligently to repay this debt. I have found that investors will not invest, unless the company has been around for a long time and can attach to assets. When you are first starting out, well, you really don't have any assets. I haven't found a product in the market that really provides a boilerplate guide as to quick references and steps to starting a company from corporate structure, financing, marketing, IT, employees, etc. Does anyone know of any products?
