| Independent contractors and insurance
I operate a video production company and I hire a number of independent contractors...freelancers...to help out on shoots. Moving lights, setting up equipment etc.
I'm concerned about insurance liability if one of these guys injures themselves on a project. I know I am covered for property damage...and I want to be properly covered for injury, since they aren't full time employees what should I be asking my insurance agent? |
