I find that some owners end up in your situation because your'e charging too low. Maybe it's time to raise your rates.

I have a few clients who have waiting lists of projects. None of them lowered their rates, as someone else has suggested.

Many raise their fees once they start their waiting list, instead. They raise their rates across the board.

Others always have sub-contractors in the wings.

Above all, they are always honest with their clients.

Remember... you don't have to do business on your own.
