Do not take on more work than you can handle.

Be honest with your clients.

I can't even begin to tell you how many businesses that I have seen in your same exact spot, but they continue to take on more projects. People start getting mad because now their projects are taking months to get done when it used to take days and weeks. They WILL find someone else to take their business to.
