Most autoresponders have a system in place where you can upload files to them - autoreponders are great for regular newsletter emails because it takes care of the opt out issues and can be set up in advance. They are also good for training programs i.e. sending out several emails periodically on a particular topic ie. once a week. It seems like you want to just send out a periodic email to your clients buying an autoresponder maybe over doing it. All you have to do in outlook is put the emails in the bcc so other will not see the email and then email it out in outlook unless you are trying to do something more significant.
