We are dealing with an issue that we have dealt with before regarding how much we extend the firm into areas that are really not our expertise. We obviously do not want to turn away the business but a client of ours wants us to do a client management software installation and testing - we normally do not get involved in installations and testing of software we do not typically work with. The client is a great client and we do not want to offend them - any help would be appreciated. thanks.
