The google toolbar will be promoted by google and I would think that the
majority of users won't bother to read the terms any more than most people
read the terms when they install any software.
I can't see why a js file would get you in troubke with google, no evidence
at all there Sam.
If you are happy to let google steal your traffic then fine.
