I think that any business that requires having someone come into your home requires a marketing campaign that focuses on referrals. Most people feel more comfortable letting people into their home when they know they were referred by someone else.

At the end of a job have your client give the person he just did work for a bunch of business cards or a flyer with a 10% discount that they can pass on to friends.
