Actually one of the reasons why we bought the package was because it was because we did not have much experience in the area our "CFO" had a financial degree but is just out of college we used this to jump start our Financial Department and it worked out really well because you can just customize the Biz Manual to your practice. I have to say though given our limited experience we use most of them as is. Hope this answers your question.
