It is any electronic version of a tool that you have used in the past at work (obviously removing proprietary information) but it could be training programs, excel spreadsheets that analyze a particular problem, procedures that would have a broad application, checklists for a certain task, report formats. Virtually anything that would help a user from reinventing the tool. We prefer to have the tools in MS Word, Powerpoint, Excel, PDF or other common applications.
