One of the things to note, however, is that there are a lot of outbound marketing and more active marketing tools that can be used.
Business to business telemarketing is still a very successful marketing tactic if you have the right leads and are persistent. Direct mail works, though this does become very expensive. Email spam has gone down hill significantly due to all of the filters, but with some of the databases out there, its possible to use the right mailing lists.
