General manuals that have procedures and policies that you can modify for your own business i.e. hr policies, IT policies etc.

I have been looking as well. Thanks for the link but it looks alittle too comprehensive for a small business. I am interested in something that may cost alittle less.

You can get some free stuff by looking at some university policies online and adapting them to your needs - though this takes a lot of time.
