What part of your operations would you consider offshoring?

We have had some web development and programming done offshore

I would offshore everything except logo development seriously, branding is very hard to do in a vacume you need to have some detailed conversations about what you want your brand to stand for and that is pretty difficult to do or at least it is an expensive thing to do

I actually think logo developement, web development are great things to consider for offshoring we did it and were very happy with the results.

I would consider anything that does not have any client interface

I would consider technical assistance if I could get comfortable with the english and the quality standards

Unfortunately, I have not had much success with offshoring projects given the language barrier. I have utilized Angie's list, Craig's list and freelance.com for assistance with independent contract consultants that have been very responsible.

I wouldnt outsource any of my projects. simply because the quality of work some of the outsourcing companies provide are very poor standard.
