| Re: Improving your operation We have management reports which allow us to look at abberations in our operations and if we find one we address it immediately otherwise we make improvement goals during our annual planning process |

| Re: Improving your operation I review our operations with the management team on a monthly basis with certain reports generated by the different divisions. I believe this is key to keep up the productivity with the demand. Also, this assists with the morale and keeps the employees engaged as feeling as part owners and value-add. Robert |

| Re: Improving your operation We are mostly revenue focused on sales and then we look at turnaround time which is always a more difficult figure to look at because it is mostly dependent on the client.
