| I think the first step is going to be doing your research. It's a must-do homework for any starter. Also, you might wanna think about starting small. Your chance of surviving will double if you start small. Even if you have unlimited amount of budget, you wouldn't need to worry about anything complicated if you start small. At the end of the day , you still learn about this business. Because what you have now is only and iDEA. You don't know the market yet, you don't know the competition yet, you don't know what it takes to be successfull in that particular industry.
Don't worry, any business, if you know how to run it, will grow by itself.
Write down anything your creative mind think. Make a goal and a plan how to reach that goal. Read good books, it'll help.
