Webmaster + more classifieds style site for sale

I am contemplating selling http://www.WebRealtor.org - the domain name is registered with godaddy for aprox. 11 more months now (has been registered and owned by me for the last 13+ months) and the software that runs the site is freeware, a backup of the database is included.

Traffic for the site is generated from a few link spaces I bought which expire shortly, and from having the link in my sig on numerous sites.

Stats for July were 445 unique w/ 2700+ page views
Stats for August were 457 unique w/ 2300+ page views
Stats thus for for September are 137 unique w/ 5900+ page views

The site is 100% free for people to use, and catagories and subcatagories can be added and removed very easily.

The site has made some money each month via adsense, but I feel it could easily make more selling adspace outright and / or utilizing some related affiliate programs.

I am currently accepting offers of $100 or higher, payable via paypal

Does it have forum software installed, and if so: which? Because it sounds interesting but I'd like to get the database of that forum more then the site domain itself.

the site was been sold and transfered to the new owner for sometime now.

not sure where you got the idea it was a forum, its a mysql based classifieds site

The thread wasn't updated and the site was working - just no content. I assumed it had sections, and was hoping one of them was a forum. Glad to hear you got it sold and good luck with your future projects!

You might to consider removing the link from your sig now that you've sold it
