this link might prove useful to people who are looking for a restore cd/s.. I purchased my p.bell cds from there. However due to me changing the hard drive they informed me that it needed to be re-tattoo'd for the recovery cd to work. They guided me through it and all up and running.. Never had that sort of customer service before but i suppose it was that or a refund lol.. either way good place to buy and packard bell was going to charge me ?30-?40 pounds.. Thanks to the forums this saved me a few pound and kept the mrs's happy..
