Weekend advertising

Do you advertise on the weekend? We do and we question whether or not is was worth it because it is so slow but sometimes we do get a huge order - we sell mostly business products. What has been everyone elses experiences?

Re: Weekend advertising

We have found that we get a lot of browsers over the weekend and buyers during the weekday. The only thing we have not determined is if the browsers turn out to be buyers or not. Overall we still think it is worth advertising.

Our experience is the same and trying to get the answer is difficult - do you want to be asking someone if they were browsing over the weekend?

Re: Weekend advertising

We had stopped it for awhile because we were not getting a lot of sales but it almost completely dried up when we did so we started it again. Our experience is that we do not get that many sales but often we get some of our largest sales over the weekend (single purchases but big ticket items) I guess people have more time to look at it over the weekend.
