BestBuy has been screwing up customer service for the last 10 years. They don't care about any customer really. They just want your money and to get you out of the store. Dell isn't the only one to take advantage of this. Recently Circuit City moved their local store to be right across the street from Best Buy. They have been advertising that they will match Best Buy's prices and treat you with respect for free.
