Thumbs down Legitimate - not likely

Let's see if I have this right. I have 10% of what I need, and I send that 10% to the lender. 60 days later the lender returns my 10%. No legitimate lender would ask you to send them the 10%. If I'm buying a business, I would put that money into escrow, payable to the seller, subject to me obtaining the 90% financing. There is NEVER a need to send money to a lender, other than for the purpose of repaying what they have lent to you. "Risk free process" and "invites scrutiny"? I just did, and it failed the test. Also, you will notice that the 'consultant' who posted that message is using an aol.com e-mail address. Any reputable 'consultant' would have a web site and personalized address. My 40 some odd years in business tell me that this is a scam.
