When you first arrive, it's unpleasant on the eyes. Really unpleasant. Kind of like fingernails-on-a-chalkboard unpleasant.

It was all I could do to read the first two paragraphs.

If you want serious investors to even look at what you're proposing, you're going to have to give them a serious website -- professionally designed, with professional photography, an architect's rendering of what it will look like, etc., etc.

It's all about image. You will blow it with what you have right now.

If a potential client was right there, you would treat him like a king, right? Champagne, luxurious accommodations, a fine car,.... Do the same with your site!
