I know what you mean - I've seen some real doozies out there. But there has got to be a web based builder that can actually produce a clean, professional looking site that I can maintain myself! (It will be more than a 1 page site, with frequent changes.) Are you opposed to the idea of a web based tool, or just feel that way because the results seem to be...shall we say...less than desirable?
