If it is running Norton Anti-Virus, that might be the problem. A lot of forums use cookies and NAV will not allow them. Depends on the settings, but I know I was running a forum that would not come up with NAV at the default setting. They had to back it down a notch, or two, in order to get in.

BTW, NAV comes with a number of sites excluded as defaults, some of which seem to be only by the programmers' whims. Not ****, etc., maybe competitors? Anyhow, it's corporate censorship.
