Thank you Joel,
Your right about me wanting to pass it on, mainly because at times income can be stagnet. Besides i've found that I enjoy building the business more than operating it.
I do have procedure manuals for each system in the business, and my business name is trademarked. My confusion is I dont have a product to sell, I send contractors out to clients that need assistance with daily activities and collect a residual referral fee for providing the contractor. I've heard that franchising is a lot of red tape, what about other options such as licensing ( is there a difference ), or if I chose business consulting so that others can have their own business name, how would I structure and price it so that I can continue to get residual income, without creating my own competition.
