I am not an expert on doing this sort of thing but i will give you a couple of ideas that may help you out i hope.

Effectively what it sounds like you want to do is Franchise your business. Or take everything you know about the business and pass it on to somone else so that they can offer the same range of products and services. Maybe i am wrong but this is what it sounds like.

The first thing i think you need to do is check everything out, make there is there is no licenses, or insurances that you dont already know about which would be needs for the business. Maybe even pay a lawyer or solicitor or business advisor, to look over everypart of your business and ensure it is all within the laws and that no extra licenses are needed and such.

The next thing you need to do is practically take everything you know about this business and put it on paper, build a very easy to follow guide which outlines everything, recommended prices for services, what meathods of advertising work best for the service, how to mange finances, who supplys what goods, just every single little bit of information you can. Group peices about the same area together under different headings.

Ensure you have trademarks, to cover your business name and such which you will be able to license the use of to your franchisees.

Maybe one good meathod may be to find a company that spe******es in helping fronchisors get there business setup and approach them for help in compiling everything together and the best approach to sell your business as a franchise.

hope this helps you out and i hope that you are successful in your business endeavours.
