Outsourcing work is already becoming very common in the UK, and the use of freelancers (such as myself) and contractors has made life a thousand times easier and cheaper for small businesses.. Why bring in fulltime staff when you only really need them for 5 months of the year..

Also the more technical the work, the better off you are outsourcing to a knowledgable company, you will save time and money in the long term.
