| If you are able to edit the templates for the invoices in QB, then you could print your own invoices, there are really a couple of options
1 - Black and White - I do it this way because it is easier just one print and dont have to change the paper when i want to print invoices.
2 - Colour - If you dont do many invoices it is probably just easier to get some 100GSM or Bond paper and do a small run of 20-30 sheets at a time on a ink jet printer, it may cost more but it is just as professional.
Unless you are doing a high volume of invoices do you really need the pre printed invoices. If you still really want to just find a company that will print letterhead, there are plenty, i am not sure which ones are best in the US, can anyone else give an idea. |
