There is probbaly one big thing that you might miss here. If you are looking for a Business plan that has worked and been successful then i personally believe you are looking in the wrong place.

If the business plan has worked, then just by following it is no gaurentee that you will be successful, there are many factors that can make or break a business and probbaly one of the main ones is being able to plan. If you are taking on a business plan and structure, that has worked for someone else you loose out on the biggest thing the other successful person has been banking on and that is their ability to make the plan work.

I have a business plan that is working for me, i could give it to you and you could use it to make a business 10 times more successful then mine, but you could also end up with an absolute disater if you dont know some of the background that may not be included in the plan, that i have just taken for granted.

I wish you good luck in getting your business plan together, the link by M&R looks to be very good i suggest you take a look, there are some Business plan tools (including sample plans) on the left hand menu.
