hey one shot,

If your company is incorporated, why not sell shares of your company?

There was this guy on tech tv's invent this a while back, who created this airplane rivet checker machine, and he sold shares of his company to raise money. Something like a min of $1,000 for 100 shares. He kept doing this and a few people that saw his biz plan hunkered down like 20K. Of course he hoofed it to ritzy hang outs like yacht clubs and stuff.

Anyhow, just a thought. I mean if your company is truly almost near phase 3 and you have product available, I am sure people would be willing to invest.

Personally I am interested but I wouldnt be able to hunker down that much, maybe $100 for 10 shares. =D
