Might approach your HR department and see if there are any positions available that you can transfer into that provide similar work and higher pay. Most companies these days want to promote from within so you have to look around. If you have a workgroup style environment see if you can transfer to a project with a higher budget and within your skills. Often times just learning new skills and letting your employer know about it can also help increase wages but also increases responsibilities at the same time. |
