hmm... To be honest, I'd recommend going to your local SBA and utilizing their network resources. Second, I'd recommend going to your city hall and speaking to their planning department and talking to them about it. Lastly, and it's more detective work than anything, I'd recommend finding a trailor manufacterer and calling them disguised as a college student doing a Business Project. Make a few general questions you have about the permit and other business stuff and hope that they are nice enough to answer your questions.
