Can anyone please tell me if this deal sounds legitimate? If this is for real, then I don't recommend anyone skipping this chance because if you are really serious about your own startup, then you shouldn't mind putting a downpayment of 10% so that the eventual investor will foot the bill for the rest. However, I am a tad skeptical about this offer. What are some of your thoughts?
