If you have a deal or project that cost $250.000.00 and up we will finance it at a 100%. If you have 10% of what the entire project or deal cost or if you have someone who will loan you the 10% then we can fund your deal.

You or the person with the 10% shows proof of funds. The lender will then contact you or that person directly. The 10% is then given to the lender and guaranteed by the lender's own collateral.

The 10% along 15% is returned in 60 days or less and your deal or project is funded. Since the lender guarantees the 10% and uses it's own collateral there is no need for borrower's credit or bank statements. It's a risk free process and invites scrutiny and due diligence.
