Jay good luck on your new business. A couple of quick suggestions, you may want to consider expanding the banner on the homepage to align with the boxes below it will also allow you to include the two lls in nutshell in it. Also you may want to keep the banner navigation the same - look at the services page it looks different that the other ones.

Similar to the other comments for consistency I would use the same color page background for each page also clients is spelt wrong on the about us page. Good luck with your new venture and welcome to the forum.

The font is alittle large, you may want to consider using a standard font like veranda.

Agree with the comments above. The background color on all pages shall be one and the same.
I would also change the "Request for Quote" and "Contact Us" banners at the bottom of some pages. No need to have border I think and their background color shall be the same color as the page background.
