i'd mark the links that take you offsite. trying to be minimalistic like google? maybe you want to make a logo so the site has a 'brand'. oh there is no &copy at the bottom copywrite few little things i've noticed

Make some space between the link category groupings.

A small graphic or logo would be nice.

A consistent graphic behind the categories titles would help.

Some of your footer links contain extra spaces inside the anchor text, rookie mistake.

yes, it's just a simple site, but provides full informations.
Your site content looks like lessons or guides to start a business.

I visited your site, it definitely need 'some' design. I do like minimalist like Google. If you want your site to load fast, you can even use texts to make it look more interesting. If you can see mine, I use not so many pictures to make it load fast.

I like the content though. If you need help redesigning, maybe I can help.
