We focus on general small business consulting with a particular expertise in technology. If we were to do it all over again I would get out of the web development business there is too much competition and low margins.

We focus on communication everything from internal publications to public speaking

We focus on marketing and sales within the financial services industry. If we were to do it all over again we would of broadened our positioning to other functions within the financial services industry i.e. operations now we are kind of stuck because we have always positioned our company as doing one thing and being very focused on marketing and sales unlike other companies

We are a firm that focuses on getting expenses out of a company through automation, process improvement and expense management. We usually take a percentage fee on how much we save. Although we have a great niche it is not the most exciting thing always trying to cut expenses
