| Re: What has been the most effective way of getting business? Ours has been asking existing clients for referrals - it is always easier to make a call to someone who you have been referred to. You just have to make sure you ask your existing clients in the right way so they do not feel pressured.      |

| Re: What has been the most effective way of getting business? We have gotten the bulk of our clients through our training programs we offer several professional development seminars and we often get clients through them. |

| Re: What has been the most effective way of getting business? We set up a booth at trade shows and have been reasonably successful at getting clients - it just takes awhile to sort through the serious prospects and the people who come by for the key chain |
