| Re: Seminars We have but it has taked awhile to get the right formula. Here are a few suggestions: -Make sure you go to cities that are big enough to support your seminar - the first few preferably should be in your home city to save on costs and you are obviously you are familiar with the area -It is hard to make a ton of money on just seminars - have books, training packets and other things you can sell for additional dollars at the back of the room -Do split testing on any advertisements for your seminars to find out which one is most effective |

| Re: Seminars Before you start the biggest question you should have is how do you get at your target market. We spent a lot of money advertising in places that in retrospect we should not have because we did not reach as many of our potential target that we should have. |

| Re: Seminars I agree we made the mistake of thinking we had a cool seminar and we had to cancel 3 of them before we changed our marketing strategy. |
